EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Startup Festival Wrocław
§ 1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) define the rules of participation in Startup Festival Wrocław, held on 28 November 2025 at Ace of Space, Renoma, ul. Świdnicka 40, Wrocław (hereinafter: the “Festival”).
The Organizer of the Festival is InfoCenter, based at ul. Swobodna 14/12, 50-088 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 899-239-59-09 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”).
These Regulations apply to all individuals present at the Festival venue. Every Participant is obliged to read and comply with the provisions contained herein.
The purpose of the Regulations is to ensure safety and order during the Festival and to define the rights and obligations of the Participants.
Participation in the Festival is free of charge.
Individuals who have registered through the form available at https://startupfestival.pl and received confirmation of participation (hereinafter: the “Participants”) are eligible to take part.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Festival program, including start times, order of presentations, or the format of the event.
The Organizer may record the Festival (photo/video) for documentation, promotional, and reporting purposes.
§ 2. Registration and Admission
Participant registration takes place via an online form available on https://startupfestival.pl.
To register, the following information must be provided:
- first name and last name,
- e-mail address,
- job title,
- company or organization name,
- optionally: LinkedIn profile URL.
The number of available spots is limited. Admission is determined by the order of registration.
Upon successful registration, each Participant will receive an electronic ticket (hereinafter: the “Ticket”), which grants entry to the Festival venue.
By registering, the Participant:
- declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions,
- agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of participation,
- may voluntarily consent to the processing of data for marketing or informational purposes,
- agrees to the use of their image recorded during the Festival for the Organizer’s promotional purposes.
Admission to the Festival is granted upon presentation of a valid Ticket, either in digital or printed form.
Tickets obtained in violation of these Regulations may be invalidated by the Organizer.
§ 3. Organizational and Conduct Rules
Participants are required to comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and fire protection rules in force at the venue.
The Festival’s operating hours are determined by the Organizer and published on https://startupfestival.pl. Participants may remain on-site only during those hours.
It is prohibited to:
- conduct any commercial, promotional, or political activities without the Organizer’s prior consent,
- bring or use weapons, fireworks, alcohol, drugs, or other dangerous substances,
- behave aggressively or disrupt public order,
- engage in political or election campaigning.
Participants must follow the instructions of event staff, security personnel, and the Organizer’s representatives.
The Organizer bears no responsibility for personal belongings left unattended.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who:
- are under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
- behave in a socially inappropriate manner,
- pose a threat to others or property.
Participants are financially liable for any damages caused by their actions during the Festival.
The Organizer is not responsible for consequences resulting from force majeure – events beyond its control that could not be foreseen or prevented.
§ 4. Publications and Festival Materials
Participants are allowed to share coverage or opinions about the Festival on social media and other communication channels, provided such content does not violate the rights or dignity of others, nor any applicable laws.
All copyrights to content and materials presented during the Festival belong to the Organizer or its partners.
Participants may use Festival materials only for personal use unless they obtain the Organizer’s prior written consent.
§ 5. Personal Data Protection
The personal data controller is InfoCenter, ul. Swobodna 14/12, 50-088 Wrocław, Poland, e-mail: hello@startupfestival.pl.
Participant data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
Data will be processed for the following purposes:
- registration and participation in the Festival,
- fulfillment of the Organizer’s legal obligations,
- promotional and marketing activities – only with the Participant’s consent.
Each Participant has the right to:
- access and correct their personal data,
- restrict processing or request deletion of their data,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority.
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and thereafter for the period required by applicable law.
The Organizer does not use automated decision-making or profiling based on Participants’ personal data.
§ 6. Changes, Cancellation, and Liability
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Festival program, including the location or format (e.g., switching to an online format), for reasons beyond its control.
In the event of cancellation or changes, information will be published on the Festival website and sent to Participants via e-mail.
The Organizer is not responsible for any costs incurred by Participants due to cancellation or date changes.
Any complaints regarding participation in the Festival should be submitted electronically to hello@startupfestival.pl.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
§ 7. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for valid reasons, including to comply with changes in the law or to improve the Festival’s organization.

Matters not covered by these Regulations are governed by the provisions of Polish law.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by a court with jurisdiction over the Organizer’s registered office.
